This Banana & Blueberry Bread Recipe evolved from a banana bread recipe I created many years ago to help with my afternoon cravings. Yesterday my daughter Isabella took this recipe to a whole new delicious level and added blueberries and garnished with fresh mint leaves - delicious! Banana & Blueberry Bread Recipe Mix together the dry ingredients: 250g almond flour 1 teaspoon of baking soda 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg. In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients for the Banana & Blueberry Bread: 2 organic eggs 1/4 cup of unsweetened plant milk  1/4 cup of Birch xylitol or stevia or coconut sugar (if I make the banana versions, I often don’t add this – so see what you prefer). 1 grated apple with skin. Mix The Ingredients, Bananas & Blueberries Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. Add 1-2  ripe bananas (smashed with a fork) Add 1 cup of blueberries  Mix gently so as not to smash the blueberries Add 1/2 cup of walnuts to garnish too
