Chocolate Mint Bless Balls

I pray that you are all well and enjoying this holiday season.

To add to your festive cheer, I’ve created this Chocolate Mint Bliss Ball recipe that is low in sugar, has a low GI and is delicious! You can also spice up with a bit of rum if you feel so inclined.

I wish you all love, joy, peace and good health for 2022.

Lots of love, Simoné & The Rejuv Team

Chocolate Mint Bliss Balls

  • ½ cup virgin coconut oil
  • ½ cup cocoa
  • 5 drops food-grade peppermint extract
  • ¼ cup finely chopped macadamia nuts (if you have a nut allergy, leave these out)
  • pinch of finely ground sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon stevia drops
  • For the adults, add 1 tablespoon of rum if desired

  • On low heat, melt the ingredients, stirring continuously not to burn.
  • You can either pour into silicone moulds as is or line the moulds with shredded coconut for that extra festive look. You can keep in traditional balls or use holiday shapes like hearts, candy canes, Christmas trees etc
  • Freeze until they harden.
  • Remove from silicone moulds and serve with tea, coffee, or your favourite Christmas beverage.
