We refer to this as movement rather than exercise for you need to choose forms of movement you love so you are more likely to adopt these as part of your lifestyle. Movement include anything from dancing, swimming, jogging, pirates, yoga, gym, football, horse riding, EFX and barre etc. The body has three major planes of movement and to be well it is best to move your body regularly in all three planes and to vary your routines so you get a full body work out.

We at Rejuv recommend weight-bearing movements include core, pilates, yoga EFX and Barre work to make sure that your muscles, tendons, ligaments, connective tissue and bones say strong to prevent osteoporosis and to maintain good posture allowing your organs to have enough space to function correctly. In addition to such movements we also suggest you choose fun movements that bring you joy and have a cardio effect of a raised heart rate for 30 minutes or more.
