If you feel a cold or flu coming on, what can you do to shift this quickly and support your immune system? Here are my Top 10 health hacks I Always Have at Home to Support my Immune System.

At the first sign of a sore throat, cold, or flu, it's crucial to act swiftly. Having these items in your home at all times can help you respond effectively;

  1. Drink 30ml colloidal silver and 3 drops of oregano oil
  2. Gargle and do a nasal flush with a sea walk and warm filtered water. Also, gargle with iodine, which you can buy from any pharmacy. It's best to gargle three times a day if you have a sore throat or see advice from your doctor.
  3. Hydration is critical to supporting your immune system. Drinking 2-3L of water per day using the Rejuv Wellness Water Recipe and adding Celtic sea salt will prioritise your health and well-being. You can also indulge in warm water with lemon, ginger, and manuka honey, a soothing remedy for a sore throat.
