Description

Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids are essential and must be sourced from your diet. DHA is found in high concentration in the brain's grey matter and the eye's retina and is instrumental in the function of brain cell membranes (which are, in turn, necessary for transmitting brain signals).
Ingredients

• Omega 3 – Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) , Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA), AlphaLinolenic Acid (ALA)
• Omega 6 – Linoleic Acid (LA)
• Omega 9 – Oleic Acid (OA)
• Fish Oil Concentrate, Cold Pressed Flax Seed Oil, Gelatin Capsule, Glycerol, Water, Vitamin E: D Alpha Tocopherol.

ALLERGY ADVICE: for allergens, see ingredients in bold. Contains fish.
Not suitable for vegetarians and vegans as it contains fish oils.
Dosage
