Description

The ratio of the prebiotics to probiotics and postbiotcs is vital as most products get these ratios wrong, leaving your good bacteria levels too low, reducing the immune system and inviting gut issues and disease.
Due to our Digestive Complex Powder's wide variety of nutrients and high fibre content, it is ideal for long-term use as a bowel cleanser and detoxifier, cell wall repair agent and an overall colon maintenance formula. It also fights parasites, contributes to weight loss and does not create a sluggish transit time and colon.
Formulated to increase faecal bulk, encourage regular bowel movements, better digestion of foods, re-population of beneficial bowel bacteria, stable blood sugar levels and appetite control. This formula also has positive effects on IBS & leaky gut.
Ingredients

Psyllium Husk powder (Plantago ovata), Glucomannan, Sugar Beet, L-Glutamine, Inulin from Chicory Root (Fructo-Oligosaccharides), Fennel Seed, Peppermint Leaf, Ginger Root. Bacteria blend Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Bifidobacterium Bifidum and Saccharomyces Boulardii Powder. Sweetener: Stevia Leaf Extract (Steviol glycosides).
Dosage

We all have a varied gut function, so start with 1 teaspoon of Digestive Complex powder in a glass of water each day and drink quickly.
• Best before a meal or 1 hour or more after a meal.
• Take Digestive Complex just before bed if you are prone to constipation. If you need to lose weight and struggle with overeating or food cravings, take one serving 30 minutes before every meal or at the most tricky times of the day to heal your gut and support weight loss and appetite control.
• Or take as instructed by your healthcare practitioner.

What is the best time of the day to take these?

The evening is the best time to take this product to enjoy its effects while sleeping. If you have an eating disorder or are prone to overeating or binge eating, take 1 teaspoon in a glass of water 5-30minutes before each meal. 

Can I take this supplement with tea or coffee?

Always leave 1 hour away from tea, coffee, or other caffeinated drinks, as caffeine impairs the absorption of key nutrients from this whole-food supplement.

Natural Lax and Magnesyum Oxy Clean do their job. I had problems and was constipated and now my intestine works like a clock.
I also purchased liver support and blossom sugar support to help he through de Christmas Holidays and really worked!

Super effective

This has an excellent effect on combatting bloating and managing IBS symptoms. I find using this in Dr.Simone's Chia pudding recipe much easier than drinking it in a glass of water, in the pudding you can't taste it at all and it leaves you feeling full for a long time.
