Liver Cleanse Recovery (Liver Flush, Part 3)

Liver Flush Recovery and how to move back into everyday life, looking and feeling amazing! It is imperative to start with the Liver Flush, part 1 and 2 to cleanse your liver.

The Morning After a Liver Flush

So the next morning, after having some tummy cramps and expelling many stool motions, you may see little green pea-like structures floating in the loo. These are the gallstones I mentioned that get expelled from your liver and gall bladder.

Not everyone sees these so don’t get concerned if you don’t and either way your liver flush would have been successful.

Your average weekly toxic load determines how many stones you expel. So the more alcohol, coffee, junk foods, medicines/drugs etc. you intake each week will determine how toxic your liver is.

Liver Flush RECOVERY PLAN

Eat Light Salads & Soups The Day After the Liver Cleanse

Plan for full Liver Cleanse Recovery. I always clear my morning the next day till around noon, so I have time for my colon to empty and detoxify. I then eat a day of steamed vegetables and soups that day, with some grilled fish if desired staying on low-fat foods for that day.

Warm foods I feel are always best, but I do have some salads on the side but not an entirely cold meal. Condiments high in probiotics such as sauerkraut, kimchi, kefir water, apple cider vinegar, kombucha or coconut kefir are great to include for at least three days after. I have these as part of my life, and something for you t consider too. I avoid overloading on fats but keep it simple with 1-2 tablespoons of nut or olive or coconut oil and 1/2 avocado or 1-2 tablespoons of olives on this day.

Eat Normal The Second Day After the Liver Flush

The second day after the liver flush I usually eat so for me that is Pesco-vegan, so I eat mainly vegan foods, but I do also eat fish, the smaller, the better for they are less toxic.

I always feel amazing after my liver cleanse, which I do twice a year, every September and January. I do this as part of my seasonal cleanse for most of us understand the importance of servicing our car 1-2 times a year but rarely think about servicing their own ‘engines’ which are way more advanced than any human-made vehicle! I always have such beautiful testimonies form clients after this flush having both physical and emotional breakthroughs for the liver is associated with trapped anger, which if not expressed becomes invested and tends to turn into depression & anxiety.

After the liver flush, you will feel physically and emotionally stronger for not only do these plans have the supplements but also a full bespoke wellness plan with nutritional advise and support for all 7 Pillars of Wellness. We often recommend doing our Seasonal Cleanse or 30-Day Reset as a next step. Patients report back to say they have lost body fat (around 2kg per week), their digestion is better & they feel less bloated, hair, skin and nails improve, cognition improves and they have so much more energy. Many report how their mood has improved, and they feel less flat and more positive and motivated too.
