To make your own batch of Rejuv Wellness Water, mix:
🌿 1-2L of water
🍋 Juice of 1 lemon
🌿 Juice of 1 lime
🥒 1 small cucumber sliced in
🌿 A thumb of grated ginger
🌿 Fresh or powdered cinnamon (3 sticks or 1-2 teaspoons of powder)
🌿 Fresh mint leaves (rip leaves to facilitate infusion into the water)
Leave it in a jug or glass pitcher to stay hydrated each day.
