A Mind-Body Reset Lifestyle

Establishing a lifestyle where you regularly do a mind-body reset is essential for your long-term health and wellbeing. Reflecting, connecting with yourself and nature and cleansing your body systems at least once a year is vital for your mental and physical health because we are bombarded with chemicals, EMF and daily stressors.

A Weekly Mind-Body Reset

As a great lifestyle choice, take a day a week to cleanse and shake off worldly stress by getting barefoot in nature (which can be at your local park), getting off devices and wifi and eating only fruits, vegetables and salads.

This doesn’t all have to happen on the same day. For example, Sunday is my chill family/nature day, and then on Mondays, I eat plants only. Since we are all identically different, you can choose a system that works for you.

Even at 51, I’m sowing into my health by embracing a lifestyle of eating well, taking plant-based supplements, sleeping before midnight, being mindful and doing pilates, etc. Why? I don’t just want to be well now but am investing to be a fit granny for that beautiful season.

Retreat to Rewire Your Mindset & Physical Body

Our next Rejuv retreat will be at the lovely Chewton Glen in the New Forest. Hampshire, UK, a 2-hour drive south of London.

We are running our autumn retreat from the 17th to the 26th of November 2023, and since we all have unique schedules, you choose a minimum of 5 days (4 nights) that best suits you within this 10-day window. You can come for more than five days, like two clients flying into the UK who have booked for the full ten days for this retreat. UK Retreat Overview

This wellness retreat aims to reset your health, targeting your gut-brain axis, a vital part of your wellness. The retreat focuses on nurturing and resetting all of the 11 systems in your body, including your nervous, endocrine/metabolic, skeletal, muscular, integumentary, circulatory, cardiac, respiratory, reproductive, lymphatic and digestive.

It is our first retreat in three years since Saadiyat Island in the UAE, just before COVID, which many of you attended. Over the last three years, we’ve completed a Masters in Neuroscience, adding an array of new therapies and healing protocols to incorporate into this retreat.

The focus of this retreat is explicitly to reset the function of your gut, to clear out all fungus, candida, parasites, bacteria and viruses, to heal leaky gut and IBS (wind, bloating, constipation, etc.) and reset the gut-brain axis targeting depression, anxiety and optimum mood and emotional balance. Doing this reset will significantly improve your mental and physical health. Research has shown that more serotonin is produced in the gut than the brain, so resetting this gut-brain axis to open up your detox pathways is essential, allowing a shift into optimum health.

Since we are all identically different, we start with the foundation of the gut because we all need to have a healthy gut, as this affects our brain, hormones, immune systems, metabolism, skin, digestion, etc. Then, from this starting point, we create a bespoke retreat plan with a supporting wellness plan you can continue with once you’re home.

We also have the advanced Metabolic Reset Protocol I’ve developed, where you will lose up to 2 pounds of fat daily and reset your basal metabolic rate.

On arrival, you will have a full body scan to assess your predominant stressors and your key balancers to focus on for that week. Your specific wellness goals will also be incorporated to provide the ultimate, scientific mind and body protocol that your body needs as your unique reset protocol for this current moment in your life.
