Rejuv Wellness Water Recipe

The Rejuv Wellness Water is an infusion with lemon, lime, ginger, (cucumber), cinnamon & mint leaves. It helps hydrate your body and brain at a cellular level!

The Rejuv Wellness Water helps you hydrate and detox, and the added cinnamon has a powerful effect on balancing your blood sugar levels to reduce appetite and carb cravings.

study by Khan Et al. from the American Diabetes Association concluded that taking 1, 3, or 6 g of cinnamon per day reduces serum glucose, triglyceride, LDL cholesterol, and total cholesterol in type 2 diabetes. The same study suggests that cinnamon inclusion in the diet of people with type 2 diabetes will reduce disease risk factors.

Cinnamon is a crucial ingredient in our Rejuv Blood Sugar Support Capsules. Taking cinnamon helps stop cravings and makes you feel mentally and physically strong.

Drink 2-3L of clean filtered water every day and try to drink 1-2L of that quota mixed with our detox water recipe. I mix up a big jug each day as my daily water quota. That way, it’s easier to track and reach my goal.

To make your batch of Rejuv Wellness Water, mix:

  • 2L of water
  • Juice of 1 lemon or lime
  • 1/4 teaspoon of unprocessed sea salt
  • A thumb of grated ginger or a bunch of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 fresh cinnamon stick

Leave it in a jug or glass pitcher to stay hydrated each day.

NOTE: if you suffer from water retention, swap the sea salt for half a sliced cucumber to help flush out your lymphatic system. Don’t forget movement is key such as doing 200 bounces a day on a mini trampoline and swimming in the sea (or Epsom salt/magnesium salt baths or foot baths).
